Born in England, Alexandra started her career in local radio as a film reviewer, then moved into film and video production, working on broadcast television projects for Germany's RTL Television and the BBC in addition to commercials and industrials for blue-chip clients Honda, Mitsubishi, Iveco Ford Truck and the British Army. After moving to the U.S. in 2000, Alexandra concentrated on narrative film work, managing and producing feature and short film projects including "WET", written and directed by Hannah Beth King, which went on to win the Audience Choice award at the 2006 Gen Art Film Festival in New York. Once in Los Angeles, Alexandra began consulting on independent film projects in addition to entertainment marketing work, producing broadcast promos for Disney, Spike TV and ABC Family Channel clients including Whirlpool, Subaru, Boeing and Dove, and creating high-quality viral video campaigns for agency clients Vivendi Mobile Games, Microsoft and General Motors. She fell in love with documentary filmmaking in 2006 on her very first project and started Mind-Made Media with cinematographer and partner Michael Walsh in 2007 to create "stories to live by", quality films that shine a light on beauty and human potential.
